Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
As a Lifecycle Marketer at NotaryLive, you will be a key player in creating and implementing strategies that nurture our customer relationships throughout their lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's growth and customer retention efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, adoption, retention, and re-engagement initiatives.
- Develop and manage email nurture tracks tailored to customer personas and lifecycle stage.
- Analyze customer data and journey trends to identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with product, CX, sales and account management teams to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
- Continually A/B test and optimize marketing automation workflows, web content, and other initiatives to boost KPIs.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, and Google Analytics to inform decisions and report on campaign performance.
We are looking for someone passionate about driving customer centricity through targeted, omni-channel marketing.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience with lifecycle, retention, or engagement marketing
- Strong data analytics and communication skills
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Success developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
- Metrics-focused with ability to translate data into strategy
- Affiliate experience is a plus but not required
