Sales Representative 


NotaryLive is a leading provider of online notary services, committed to revolutionizing the notarization process. Our cutting-edge platform enables individuals and businesses to access notary services conveniently and securely.  The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads through outbound prospecting via emails and phone calls. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential! Base salary with opportunity to earn commission.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business via the established channels and mass communication to introduce NotaryLive’s solutions and identify appropriate buyers and partners within the target market
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Collaboratively work with each relevant team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements
  • Develop ways to overcome objections when they arise and create creative solutions to move leads through the sales funnel
  • Become familiar with competitors in the space
  • Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards

Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in SaaS or technology sales
  • Mortgage experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven appointment/meeting setter
  • Motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software
  • Ability to overcome objections

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mortgage Product and Partnership Lead to spearhead our Real Estate division. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities. The Mortgage Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping our products, forging new partnerships, and guiding a dedicated team towards success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of mortgage technology, including Remote Online Notarization (RON). Collaborate with the product development team to enhance and innovate our offerings.

  • Market Strategy: Create and execute effective go-to-market strategies for launching new mortgage products and features. Ensure successful market penetration and adoption.

  • Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships within the mortgage industry. Collaborate with key industry players to enhance our service offerings.

  • Team Leadership: Build, lead and inspire a dedicated team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve
  • Industry Engagement: Represent NotaryLive at industry events and workgroups. Cultivate and maintain industry relationships.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in mortgage technology, including Remote Online Notarization (RON). 

  • Strong technical acumen for product development contributions.

  • Demonstrated success in establishing and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Willingness to travel to industry events as needed.


Salary: $80,000-$100,000

Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Our team is growing, and we're looking for a talented and passionate Lifecycle Marketer to join us on this exciting journey.


Position Overview:

As a Lifecycle Marketer at NotaryLive, you will be a key player in creating and implementing strategies that nurture our customer relationships throughout their lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's growth and customer retention efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, adoption, retention, and re-engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage email nurture tracks tailored to customer personas and lifecycle stage.
  • Analyze customer data and journey trends to identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, CX, sales and account management teams to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Continually A/B test and optimize marketing automation workflows, web content, and other initiatives to boost KPIs.
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, SEMrush, and Google Analytics to inform decisions and report on campaign performance.

We are looking for someone passionate about driving customer centricity through targeted, omni-channel marketing.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience with lifecycle, retention, or engagement marketing
  • Strong data analytics and communication skills
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Success developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
  • Metrics-focused with ability to translate data into strategy
  • Affiliate experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct remote online notarizations for a variety of documents, as assigned.
  • Verify the identity of signers through thorough identification processes, adhering to state and federal guidelines.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents, and confirm that signers are aware of the content they are endorsing.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of state-specific notary laws and regulations, staying informed about updates and changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Attend monthly meetings and cross-training as required.


Requirements:

  • Traditional notary certification preferred
  • Register as an remote online notary (RON)
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred- Asian or European languages such as Mandarin, Russian, Polish, etc.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
